When the ordinary tap water is going through an ionization process, there is an ionic separation that takes place, and the result is that the water emerges from two different hoses.

Strong Kangen Water (pH 11.0)

Strong Kangen Water preserves hygiene in your daily life due to its strong cleaning effect. It has dissolving and heat conducting benefits, and can help with food preparation, cleaning, stain removal, and even washing dishes without the use of harmful chemicals.

 Strong Alkaline Water (11.5 pH) –

 “Water that cuts through grease!”.

Strong Kangen Water® is one of the most powerful all-natural, chemical-free, commercial-strength cleaners for cooking surfaces, stovetops, microwaves, countertops, dining tables, bathroom sinks, counters, and toilets.

 The Strong Alkaline water is produced at the same time as the Strong Acidic water. Collect the Strong Alkaline water from the TOP flexible hose on the Enagic ionizer. This water is highly alkaline and is a potent cleaning agent that can be used in place of detergents and cleansers. It is a tremendous grease cutting agent. After cleaning your surfaces with this water, it is recommended that you spray the Strong Acidic water (2.5 pH) on the surface as an anti-microbial, and then let it air dry. Note: It is best to store this water in dark containers and refrigerate it.

Specific Uses.

Fruits and Veggies

 

Soak (or spray on surface) in Strong Acidic water (2.5 pH) for 2 to 3 minutes and stir water to work it into rough textured produce like lettuce, broccoli, etc. This kills microbes that might be on the produce. When finished with this process soak in Strong Alkaline water (11.5 pH) for at least FIVE minutes to clean the produce, remove pesticides and herbicides, and enhance shelf life.

Laundry –

Put 1 to 2 quarts of Strong Alkaline water (11.5 pH) in the liquid detergent tank of your washer and wash just as you would with detergent but without the detergent. The amount of Strong Alkaline water is determined by your source water’s hardness. Clothes come out cleaner and brighter than with detergents and for those with chemical sensitivities there are no side effects.

Cleaning floors

(hardwood, ceramic tiles), windows, eyeglasses, washing dishes, and many other cleaning situations.  Use the Beauty water. In some cases the Strong Alkaline water (11.5 pH) works well too.

Skin Care

There has been extensive research studying the chemistry of the skin’s outer layer since the late 20th century2. More than a hundred years of medical studies have shown that the external layer of your skin is acidic, ranging from pH 4.4 to 5.9. This “acid mantle” is believed to act as a barrier, or protection, to block unwanted germs, bacteria, and other micro-organisms from entering your body. If you apply a neutral or alkaline substance to your skin, this acid mantle can be compromised.

Strong Acid Water ph2.5 – ph3.0
 Strong acid water (pH 2.5-3.0) is what comes out of the secondary tap when you’re making strong Kangen water (11.0-11.5) and there are many uses for this highly acidic water.  Remember — acid water is NOT for drinking! But instead, you CAN use it for:Disinfecting.
In 2002, in accordance with the Food Hygiene Law, strong acid water was approved for the use of disinfecting food products. Use Strong Acidic Water to sanitize kitchen utensils, countertops, etc. to keep areas safe and free of germs. Clean up and disinfect after preparing meat, poultry, eggs, seafood, etc. – Sanitizing.Sanitize knives, cutting boards, dish towels, and kitchen cloths etc. Clean and disinfect in and around the kitchen, which is a breeding ground for germs. For an even more powerful disinfecting effect, clean with Strong Kangen Water® before using Strong Acidic Water. Because of the strong acidity, metal that rusts easily should be wiped with a dry cloth. – Hygiene.Disinfect your hands, your toothbrush or use the water to brush your teeth with or as mouth wash.
